Asia is a big place, from Japan to Turkey and so many in between plus regional cuisines! Flavors of Taiwan is influenced by all different regions of China. Once ruled by Japan, Japanese food has deep roots in Taiwan as well!

Flavors I’m most familiar with: Sichuan- Where grandpa’s from; Thai- LOVE Thai food and probably spent over a year altogether in that amazing country; Vietnamese; Japanese and Korean to some degree. Recently been experimenting with more Malaysian, and Sri Lankan food!

All the spices, herbs and soy sauce I just can’t get enough of!
