What a Modern Bao Shop in Taiwan Looks Like | Food of Taiwan [PILOT]

Have you ever had a hot steamy bao? Have you ever had one on the side of the road in Asia? That’s a whole new story. There’s almost nothing better than holding and eating a hot steamy fluffy pocket full of savory or sweet filling, I say ALMOST because there’s so much good food in Taiwan it’s hard to pick a favorite.

We started a Youtube channel to talk about Taiwanese food!

This is a pilot video of a new food and travel series! I honestly didn’t think we were going to use the footage filmed here and it was our first every trial run so if you think things are a little bumpy, it’ll get better we promise. 😉 The whole series is focused on food in Taiwan with a native’s perspective, telling you how it’s made, what it tastes like, the ingredients used and how to order; focusing less on “the best place to eat”. It’s a love story about Taiwanese food and culture.
